Learn to easily migrate Your Videos from Youtube to Vimeo

So check this out everybody…I came across a cool new website used for creating, and sharing video content. the website i discovered called Waach, can also be used to upload videos from youtube, vimeo and some other video sources. and uploading videos. I recently started using Vimeo quite a bit and I was right in the middle of designing a landing page for our website when I ran into a brick wall. Now it just so happens that the video i wanted to use on this new landing page, was already uploaded to Youtube. Under normal circumstances, i might have just been able to find the original video saved on my computer, and of course there is a couple other ways i could have went about solving this problem. At the time, however, i was trying to figure out and find out how to upload a video from youtube to vimeo. Plus, I am always on the look out for new internet websites and technologies anyway, so it’s all good my friends.

When i started looking online and looking into this problem i was having, i noticed there was really no clear answers on how to upload a video from youtube to my vimeo account. Even when i looked on both  youtube and vimeo for help with this matter, i really didnt find a clear answer. in fact, in the help forum section of vimeo, i noticed that there were actually a few people asking the very same question. One of the staff members in the help forum at vimeo actually said that youtube and vimeo are two different companies, and therefore it is impossible to upload a video from youtube to vimeo or vice versa. I promise im not making this stuff up. that is why i copied just below exactly what i found in the vimeo help forum.

I have a Youtube and Vimeo Channel. I want to simply take my youtube videos (urls) and move them into my Vimeo channel. Can I do this, and if so, HOW??

No, that’s not possible. We’re two entirely different services, so you’d need to re-upload those videos manually.

I knew there had to be a logical solution and some way to upload videos from youtube to vimeo, so i went online again and dug a little deeper to try to find a solution.
